80DollarConsults.com is not a health care provider or pharmacy or physician, but provides care coordination services for its customers, including contacting your physician, retaining your medical records for review of physicians or pharmacies at your direction and arranging for a prescription to be forwarded to a pharmacy. 80DollarConsults.com charges a fee of $40 for that service that will be included in the charged amount of your C.O.D.. You will be charged separately for any medical consultation ($40), or prescription drug product, shipping and other such costs.
80DollarConsults.com is not a health care company or licensed provider of medical services. 80DollarConsults.com does not participate in health care services, does not convey any information beyond that which you provide to us or provide any other service beyond the coordination of the treatment and therefore is not responsible for the medical and pharmacist diagnosis and treatment.
To act as your representative in contacting the providers and coordinating your services, we will be required to use information that would otherwise be protected health information under HIPAA. We will keep confidential and protect your health care information to the same extend as would a covered entity under the HIPAA disclosures located here (

80DollarConsults.com is a coordinator that assists chronic pain patients by managing their records and introducing them to registered physicians for appropriate pain management treatment. When you register through our website, you provide us with information regarding your medical condition as well as your personal data. We then schedule your consultation with one of the physicians we have identified as suitable for your needs, and process documents for you for follow-up treatment on any potential prescribed course of medication.
