The cost of a consultation is $299.00. This cost is split between 80DollarConsult.com for its coordination services, and the doctor for the provision of your consultation. The medication prices provided by the relevant pharmacies are as listed in the "prices" section of our website. We constantly work with the pharmacies and shippers to ensure that medication and shipping prices are reasonable and competitive. You must create an account with 80DollarConsults.com in order to be able to log in and view the medication prices.
What does my consultation fee include?
Your consultation fee will include a private telephone consultation with a licensed physician who is experienced in addressing the specific medical concerns and needs of chronic pain sufferers. The doctor will review your records, discuss with you your condition and together you will determine which medication, if any, and what dosage will most benefit you. The physician will then submit the prescription(s) to a participating pharmacy to be filled and shipped to you. You are entitled to the highest quality of customer service to help you with all of your needs and assist in every aspect of your experience with 80DollarConsults.com. For this purpose we have a highly-trained team ready to answer your inquiries.
How do I schedule a phone consultation?
You can request a consultation by following the simple instructions from the members section of our website, or e-mail the office so that one of our customer service reps can order the consult for you. If you order your consultation online, you will receive an email informing you of the date and time that the physician will call; if you e-mail in your consult request, one of our customer service representatives will provide you with the consult date and time then.
How long does it take to get a consultation? Once you have requested a consultation, you will typically be put on the schedule to be consulted within the next 24 hours. During the consultation you will tell the doctor the time frame in which you would like any package shipped if a prescription is considered appropriate, and whether you prefer 2-day or overnight. Often the turnaround time from signing up to receiving any medication is a little as 48 hours.

Are medical records required?
Yes, a physical exam with a qualified physician within the last 12 months plus MRI's or X-Rays which support your pre-existing condition, in addition to your photo I.D., will be required to be faxed to us before we can schedule your consultation.
What if the doctor declines to prescribe medication?
80DollarConsults.com cannot guarantee that you will receive a prescription; it is entirely up to your doctor's discretion. If the physician declines to prescribe medication for you, it means that we will not be able to provide you with any service.
What if I need to cancel my consultation?
If you need to cancel your consult for any reason, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so that you may be rescheduled.
Where can you ship to?
Depending upon which pharmacy you choose, your medication can be shipped to anywhere in the United States. Please see the home page of the website for the up to date and accurate list of States that the pharmacies can ship to.
Can I return medication for refund?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you when the shipping label is printed at the pharmacy. Once your prescription is scanned by the shipper at the time of pick up, your tracking number will be available. You will typically be able to track the package via the shipper’s system by 8:00 PM on the day of dispatch.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
You need to be at least 21 years of age to order a consultation via our service or to be prescribed medication by an introduced physician.
